
Monitoring the well-being of each child is essential to ensure their holistic development and to guarantee that they feel safe, supported, and capable of reaching their full potential. This process involves observing and assessing their physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as their social and educational environment. A personalized approach allows for the early identification of potential difficulties and the provision of appropriate interventions.
As part of the present Well-being Protocol, each center will annually launch a Risk Identification Plan, through which not only the center’s coordinator but also the tutors themselves will be able to identify potential logistical risks that, in their judgment and experience, could endanger the integrity of the child. Management will collect each of the risk reports identified by the tutors, assess the severity and recurrence of the identified risks, and, if necessary, implement corrective measures to eliminate or minimize them.
